The following Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the online information collection practices of MyPath101 LLC” (“MyPath101” or “we” or “us”). Specifically, it outlines the types of information that we gather about you while you are visiting or using the MyPath101 website (the “Site” or “Web Site”), and the ways in which we use this information. How We Collect and Use Information and Your Agreement to Such Use
Personal Information. We may collect and store personal or other information that you voluntarily supply to us online while using the Site (e.g., while on the Site or in responding via email to a feature provided on the Site). MyPath101.com only contacts individuals who specifically request that we do so or in the event that they have signed up to receive our free newsletters or have purchased one of our products. MyPath101.com collects personally identifying information from our users during online registration and online purchasing and also may collect such data from other online forms and surveys. Generally, this information includes name and e-mail address for registration to receive our free newsletters and name, postal address, and credit card information when purchasing our products. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. MyPath101 LLC does not sell products for purchase by children. We do sell products that may be purchased by adults from other companies that will market to children.
Use of Personal Information. We use the information we collect from you while you are using the Site in a variety of ways, including using the information to customize features. We also may provide your information to third parties, such as service providers and contractors, for a variety of purposes. Your information is stored at the list server that delivers MyPath101.com newsletters and emails. Your information can only be accessed by those on our team who help manage our lists in order to deliver e-mail to those who have subscribed to receive MyPath101.com newsletters or emails. All of the newsletters or emails that are sent to you by MyPath101.com include an unsubscribe link in them. You can remove yourself at any time from our newsletters or mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link that can be found in every communication that we send you.
Disputes If you choose to access, visit, browse, shop on or otherwise use this Web Site, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and this Web Site’s Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
